This website does not operate a sign-up form or consultation request form and does not directly collect personal information such as names or contact details. Consultations are conducted via phone or KakaoTalk.

2. Information Received During Consultation

During phone or KakaoTalk consultations, we may receive your name, contact information, desired treatment area, health-related information such as surgical history, and photos of the area. This information is used solely for consultation, appointment scheduling, and treatment records, and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

3. Retention Period

If consultation did not lead to a procedure, information is destroyed within one year of the consultation. Treatment records are retained for the period required by applicable law and then destroyed. We will delete your information without delay upon request.

4. Photo Publication

Before-and-after photos are posted only with the client's written consent, processed to ensure the individual cannot be identified. Photos are removed immediately upon request.

5. Site Analytics

We may use non-identifying site analytics (such as page view counts) to improve the website.
