Director
Director Jeongyoon Kim
"I go beyond filling in color — I help people reclaim the shape and confidence they lost after surgery."
Trained in fine art and design, I bring a painter's understanding of light, shadow, and color to the skin. The same chiaroscuro principles that create depth on a flat canvas are what make areolas and nails — areas without actual projection — look convincingly real.

Someone who has been there
I am a breast cancer survivor myself
I, too, was diagnosed with breast cancer and went through surgery. I know the feeling of standing in front of the mirror after reconstruction and thinking, "It's not over yet." Every time I saw my chest without an areola, the surgery came rushing back, and it was hard to feel truly recovered.
That is why I understand that this procedure is more than just adding color. The tension of undressing in the consultation room, the trembling when you look in the mirror after the procedure — these are emotions only someone who has been through it can truly understand.
Because I have stood in that same place, I work with greater care and deeper sincerity.
Background
Where art and medicine meet
Fine art & design training
Classical training in chiaroscuro — rendering texture and dimension through light and shadow — and color theory form the foundation of every procedure.
Former clinic center director
Led semi-permanent makeup centers at dermatology and plastic surgery clinics, where she developed clinical-level hygiene standards and consultation practices.
Reconstruction medical tattoo
Specializes in post-surgical skin: areola and nipple reconstruction after breast surgery, nail reconstruction after trauma, and syndactyly shading after separation surgery.
Education
Teaches reconstruction tattoo and semi-permanent makeup courses 1:1 at her academy, covering hygiene, anatomy, and color theory.

Principles
Three commitments
- One person, start to finish. The director who meets you at consultation is the same person who performs and touches up every session.
- Only promise what is possible. If your skin condition makes the procedure inadvisable, we will tell you honestly and suggest alternatives.
- No compromise on hygiene. Needles and cartridges are single-use only, and all tools are sterilized before every session.

Expertise
Why reconstruction tattoo
Lived experience
Director Kim experienced the full journey of breast cancer — surgery, reconstruction, and recovery — firsthand. Knowing those emotions is what drives the extra care in every procedure.
Artist's technical skill
Classical painting training in chiaroscuro and color theory forms the basis of her medical tattoo work. The ability to create depth from light and shadow on a flat surface translates directly to natural areola and nipple recreation.
Clinical experience
Running semi-permanent centers in dermatology and plastic surgery clinics taught clinical-grade hygiene, understanding of post-surgical skin, and patient communication. She works in hospital partnership with referring medical teams.
